Terms and Conditions/Boarding Contract

Opening Hours:

Our drop off and collection times are as follows:

8.30am – 9.30am

5.30pm – 6.30pm

Please note a minimum of a two night booking will be required from Friday to Sunday.

Deposit and Days Charged:

All bookings must be paid in full two weeks before the booking, any added extras such as food may be paid for upon collection. It is preferred if payment is made online via our booking page.

We reserve the right to revise our prices when necessary. All prices quoted will be at the rate prevailing at the time of booking.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than two weeks in advance to original booking date must be paid in full.

Early Returns:

We are unable to give credit for early returns – you will be charged for the full number of days booked.

Late collections:

Any additional days (full or part) incurred by yourselves due to late collection will be charged at £36 per day. This is payable at the time of collection.

Health:

All pets boarding or in daycare with us must have up-to-date flea and worm treatments. Please make us aware of any health conditions your pet has before arrival (this information can be added to your account page).

Should your pet need any veterinary care during their stay due to ill health or similar, it will be your responsibility to cover those costs, either with ourselves or the veterinary practise in question.

If you have a female who is due to be in heat around the time of boarding or staying with us in daycare please inform us before hand.

We will seek immediate veterinary advice and care should we suspect or know your pet has ingested any item that could harm them. This cost will be the responsibility of the owner.

Vaccinations:

Up-to-date vaccinations are a legal requirement for all dogs staying at Cys Ci Luxury Dog Retreat and Cathdy Luxury Cat Retreat, whether boarding or in daycare with us.

All pets must be up to date with their distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, leptospirosis and kennel cough(for dogs) vaccines to stay in our care.

Pets must also given their flea and worming treatments prior to their stay.

We will require proof of these up-to-date vaccinations (vet certificate/vaccination card) in order to confirm a booking. We will store the Vaccination information future reference.

Late or no collection:

If pets are not collected within 7 days of the date on which he/she is due to be collected from Cys Ci Luxury Dog Retreat and Cathdy Luxury Cat Retreat, and no communication is received from the owner, we reserve the right to contact the relevant authorities and/or to re-home the pets in question.

Insurance:

Cys Ci Luxury Dog Retreat and Cathdy Luxury Cat Retreat is fully licensed and insured.

If staff deem it necessary to call out a vet for your pet during their stay, you will be responsible for covering those costs.

Belongings:

We can provide everything your pet requires for their stay with us, we do suggest that you bring some of your pet’s own toys and bedding to make them feel a bit more at home during their stay. If you do bring some of your pet’s own belongings, only your pet/s will have access to those items and we will do our best to return them in the same condition they arrived, but cannot guarantee this.

Food:

We ask that you supply your pet's food for the stay. If you do not we will charge you for any food that Cys Ci and Cathdy has to supply.

Shared Accommodation:

Only pets from the same household may share accommodation. Any owner requiring their pets to share accommodation, do so at their own risk. Any Veterinary fees incurred for treating animals that share accommodation and harm each other will be the responsibility of the owner. We also reserve the right to separate any one, or more, pets needing medication, treatment and/or special diets during their stay – although we will only do this if we feel it is needed for the safety of the animals in question.

The owner will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

General:

The owner will be liable for any damages caused by your pets.

Any injuries sustained by your pets in the course of a play session with any other pets as authorised by you the owner will not be the responsibility of Cys Ci and Cathdy.
