The owner is responsible for all veterinary, medication, treatment and associated transport costs incurred during the stay.
Vaccinations
As a condition of staying at Cys Ci Luxury Dog Retreat and Cathdy Luxury Cat Retreat, all pets must meet our current vaccination requirements. We will require proof of vaccination, such as a veterinary vaccination certificate or vaccination card, before confirming a booking. Pets must also be given their flea and worming treatments prior to their stay.
Illness and Contagious Conditions:
Owners must inform us before arrival if their pet is showing signs of illness or has been exposed to a contagious disease. Pets showing symptoms of a potentially contagious illness may be refused admission or, where appropriate, separated from other animals until veterinary advice has been obtained. If a pet becomes unwell during their stay, we will contact the owner or emergency contact where reasonably possible and may seek veterinary advice or treatment where necessary. Any resulting veterinary or treatment costs will be the responsibility of the owner.
Medication:
All medication must be provided in its original packaging and accompanied by clear written instructions regarding dosage and administration. Owners must provide sufficient medication for the entire stay. We will administer medication only where we consider it safe and reasonably practicable to do so.
