About our Boarding Suites
Each dog will have its own boarding suite unless the owner wants dogs from the same home to share. All suites have underfloor heating, automatic water bowls, and access to private outdoor exercise areas. The Retreat features a sound system for calming music and Pet Remedy diffusers to create a relaxing atmosphere. Each suite block has a thermostat to keep dogs comfortable at any time of year. Raised beds and bedding are available, but we recommend bringing some of your dog’s bedding and toys for a familiar feeling during their stay.
Here are some of the things included in your dog’s stay:
Regular updates, including photos and videos
A minimum of three walks a day
Enrichment games
Downtime in our kitchen/living area
Care from qualified and experienced members of staff
All dogs must be fully flead, wormed, and vaccinated, including Kennel Cough to stay at Cys Ci, in order to ensure the health and safety of our other guests.
We recommend that your dog come for a daycare session with us before their boarding stay. This allows them to get to know us and our place beforehand, and will help them settle before their stay.

A minimum two-night stay is required for bookings made between Friday and Monday.
Basic Boarding Prices
£36 a night per dog (inclusive of VAT).
For dogs from the same household sharing a suite, it is £44.40 for 2 or more dogs (please note this charge includes day care for the duration of your dog’s stay).
Drop-off and collection times for Boarding and Daycare
Morning Drop off:
Between 8.30 am and 9.30 am
Afternoon Collection:
Between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm
